Valentyna Zhyla (Kalashnyk) has a wealth of experience in quality assurance engineering. Valentyna began their career in 2014 as a Computer Science Teacher at Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (KNUTD). Valentyna then moved to MOZI Development as a Functional Analyst and Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2017, they joined TRIARE as a Quality Assurance Engineer and QA Lead, where they were responsible for defining test methods, creating test plans and other test deliverables, executing test plans, and creating test reports. In 2018, they joined MEV, LLC as a QA Engineer, where they tested mobile and web-based applications, wrote test documentation, and conducted interviews for position QA Engineer.

Valentyna Zhyla (Kalashnyk) received their Master's degree in System Programming from Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (KNUTD) between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Junior Specialist degree in Software Development from Cherkassy State Business College between 2008 and 2011.
