Débora Martins has a wealth of work experience. Débora has been working since 2001, beginning with a role as Supervisora de Cobrança at Hoepers S/A. In 2009, they became Superintendente de Cobrança Digital and Gerente de Planejamento Estratégico at CRC - Central de Recuperação de Créditos. In 2019, they founded Tialui & Comunica and also started working as Mentora de Líderes & Carreira at DM Consulting. Currently, they are a Customer Executive Manager & Partner at MEU TUDO APP and an Excellence Manager.

Débora Martins obtained their Graduate degree in P&P from Faculdade Sete de Setembro in 2010. Débora then went on to complete a Gestão de Negócios degree from IBEMEC - IFA7 in 2013. In 2015, they obtained their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Administração e Negócios from Fundação Dom Cabral. Most recently, in 2020, they completed a Marketing degree from ILAC in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, they have obtained a Customer Experience Leadership certification from LinkedIn in March 2022.
