Ana Letícia Herculano has been working in the tech industry since 2014. Ana Letícia began their career as an Analista de Teste and Analista de Requisitos at Oobj in 2014. Ana Letícia then moved to Central IT - Governança Corporativa in 2016 as an Analista de Testes. In 2017, they joined ZG Soluções as an Analista de Teste/QA. In 2018, they were promoted to Tech Lead QA at Supera Tecnologia. In 2019, they moved to Impulso as a QA Analyst. Most recently, in 2021, they joined CI&T as a QA Analyst and is currently working at meutudo. as a Senior QA Analyst.

Ana Letícia Herculano completed their Bachelor's degree in Sistemas de Informação from Universidade Federal de Goiás between 2012 and 2017. In 2019 and 2020, they completed their Post-Graduation in Gerenciamento de Projetos from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás. Ana Letícia has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Tester Advanced Level - Test Manager from ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2021, Scrum Fundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf in 2020, Analista Comportamental from Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching - IBC in 2018, Leader Coach from Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching - IBC in 2018, and Certified Tester, Foundation Level - CTFL from BSTQB - Brazilian Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2015.
