Tanushri Bommidi has a diverse range of work experience in various organizations. In 2021, they worked as a Content Writer for Team Everest NGO, where they designed games and ice-breakers for underprivileged kids. In 2022, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Your Friend, overseeing recruitment and departmental operations. Additionally, they were a Fundraising Intern at Muskurahat Foundation, where they successfully raised funds for their Daanutsav initiative. In 2023, they interned as a Human Resources intern at Youth India Foundation and later joined Metvy as a Business Development and Sales Associate.

Tanushri Bommidi attended St. Joseph's University from 2021 to 2024 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and Industrial Relations. In addition, from 2021 to 2022, they completed a Certificate Course in Business Analytics at St. Joseph's University. Before attending St. Joseph's University, they completed their High School Certificate (HSC) under the CBSE board at Amarchand Singhvi International School in Gujarat from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, they completed their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) under the CBSE board at D.A.V. Public School in Sector 14 Gurugram.
