Shawrya Mehrotra has held a variety of roles in the past few years. In 2018, they were the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Metvy, a learning and mentorship ecosystem driven by Cohort Based Courses and Communities. Shawrya was also a Public Speaker, giving talks at TEDx, XLRI, IIT-Delhi, RedBull Basement, and various other colleges and organizations. In 2017, they were part of the Client Servicing Team at Ogilvy, where they were responsible for coordinating with the clients, preparing Idea Mixes, and getting the same executed. Shawrya was also part of the Marketing Team at SproutBox. In 2022, Shawrya became a Fellow of the Transcend Network, a global community of 100+ early-stage founders from 35 countries.
Shawrya Mehrotra's education history includes completing a Bachelor's degree in B.Com(Hons.) with Economics from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi between 2017 and 2020. In 2021, they began an NSRCEL Incubation in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. In 2019, they completed an online Startup School program in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Y Combinator. Between 2003 and 2017, they attended Amity International School, Sector 43, Gurgaon, studying Commerce with Mathematics. From 2014 to 2016, they attended Delhi Public School Bhopal.
