Thomas Fischer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service business development and management within the industrial sector. Currently serving as the Global Service Business Development Manager at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. since July 2021, Thomas drives global service growth. Prior roles at Mettler-Toledo (Schweiz) GmbH included Service Operations Manager and various project management positions focused on service technician scheduling and the implementation of SAP CRM. Experience as an Innovation Manager at Hilti and project management roles at the Institute of Technology Management and the University of Cambridge further highlight expertise in technology, innovation management, and consulting in service business development. Thomas holds a PhD in Management from the University of St.Gallen, complemented by master's degrees in Industrial Engineering and Management and Mechanical Engineering from Universität Siegen and Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs de Saint-Etienne, respectively.
