Michał Kawecki has over 20 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing, currently serving as Quality Control Team Manager at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. since January 2013, where responsibilities include executing software testing and managing quality processes for corporate IT initiatives. Prior experience includes positions as QA/Test Manager and Tester/Test Team Leader at Trader Media East Competence Center, focusing on test procedures, project coordination, and communication. Michał also held roles at Leroy Merlin Polska Sp.z.o.o as an IT and Financial Assistant and at Business Solutions Group as a Project Manager Assistant. Michał obtained a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Warsaw and a degree from Warsaw University of Technology.
