James Barry has a strong background in financial analysis and planning. James began their career as a Financial Analyst at Cardinal Health, where they worked for one year before being promoted to Audit Consultant. After two years in this role, they joined Mettler-Toledo International, Inc as a Financial Analyst, focusing on global consolidations and financial reporting. James gradually progressed within the company, first as a Sr. Financial Analyst, then as a Sr. Business Analyst. In 2013, Barry was promoted to Assistant Controller and then to Head of Global Financial Planning and Analysis in 2015, where they currently work.

James Barry attended Miami University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
