Philip Ince is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Lead Engineer at the LEGO Group since September 2023 and Engineering Manager at Mettle since August 2022, Philip has previously held positions as Engineering Manager at Zoopla and Principal Software Engineer at Travelex. Early career experience includes a role as VP of Machine Learning at Seldon, Analyst Developer at Goldman Sachs International, and Software Developer at BT. Philip holds an MMath degree in Mathematics from Durham University, where education occurred between 2003 and 2007, and was educated at Solihull School from 1995 to 2003.
