Brian Sullivan has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Brian began their career as a Firefighter at Bradley Beach Fire Company in 1989. In 1997, they joined AT&T and held multiple roles, including Director of Field Operations and District Manager, where they managed teams and budgets. Brian also worked as a Project Manager at Broadview Networks in 2006 and as the Executive Vice President at Metropolitan Communications Group from 2004 to 2006. Brian served as the Environment and Software Configuration Manager at AXA Equitable in 2006 and as the Night Auditor at Staybridge Suites from 2008 to 2010. From 2007 to 2013, they held various positions at AT&T, including Systems Engineer and Lead Product Marketing Manager. Brian joined ShoreTel in 2013 as a Product Manager and later became the Director of Service Delivery and Operations and VP of Global Cloud Operations. In 2017, they worked at Gravitas as the Director of Infrastructure, Cloud, and Support Services before joining MetTel as the Director and later as Executive Director of Network Operations Center. Since 2022, they have been serving as the Vice President of Global Network Operations Center at MetTel.
Brian Sullivan completed their Master of Science in Software Engineering at Monmouth University from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Fordham University between 1982 and 1986. Brian completed their College Prep education at Seton Hall Prep from 1978 to 1982, and attended St. Andrew's school from 1970 to 1978.
