Shannon Grimm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and business solutions. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Sales Operations & Development at Metso since June 2022, Shannon has played a key role in managing the implementation of Salesforce globally while refining sales processes across various business lines. Prior experience at Metso includes managerial positions focused on sales platforms and data management, contributing to the optimization of Salesforce and reporting systems. Additionally, Shannon has a background in sales and associate roles at TIFF and Soltech Group. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Dickinson College, completed in 1996.
