Riikka Kämäräinen has a comprehensive work experience in the IT and HR fields. Riikka started their career as a Training Planner at oy Shell ab in 1996. Riikka then worked as a Project Worker at Finfood from 2003 to 2004. From 2009 to 2011, they served as an HR Service Manager at Rautaruukki Oyj, where they were responsible for SAP HR services. Riikka'sroles at Outotec, starting in 2011, included being a Human Capital Solution Owner, SAP HR & SuccessFactors System Owner, and Application Services Manager for Human Resources. Riikka joined Metso Outotec in 2020 as the Director of Region IT EMEA, and later became the Director of Regional IT EMEA at Metso in 2023. Throughout their career, Riikka has demonstrated expertise in IT support, service management, application development, and vendor management.

Riikka Kämäräinen obtained a KTM degree in Adult Education from the University of Helsinki, between 1992 and 1996.
