Kaisa Jungman has extensive work experience in sustainable business development and sustainability management. Kaisa began their career at Metso in 2007, where they held various roles such as Sustainability Manager and Development Engineer. In these positions, they worked on sustainable business development, Metso's Climate Change Program, and circular economy initiatives. Kaisa was also responsible for leading the sustainability team and ensuring the sustainability of the company's business through strategic planning and KPIs. Jungman joined Metso Outotec in 2020 as the Director of Sustainable Business Development. Kaisa is currently serving as a Board Member at FIBS.

Kaisa Jungman completed a Master of Technology in Water Resources Management and Environmental Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan from 2001 to 2007. Recently, Kaisa pursued further education, becoming an Expert on Circular Economy from Tampere University from 2020 to 2021.
