Jan Wirth has extensive work experience in the engineering and technology sectors.

- From October 2022, they have been working as the Director of Technology at Metso Outotec.

- Prior to that, they held the position of Director of R&D and Engineering at Metso from November 2019 to September 2022.

- Jan also served as the Technology Product Manager at Metso from April 2019 to November 2019.

- Before joining Metso, Jan worked at Schenck Process, starting as a Design Engineer in October 2008 and progressing to various roles including Development and Application Engineer, Engineering Manager for Screening Media, and Engineering Manager for Separation and Feeding. Their employment with Schenck Process lasted from October 2008 to March 2019.

Jan Wirth holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Macquarie Business School, which they completed from 2014 to 2018.
