Satu Louet has extensive experience in human resources, primarily within the Metsä Group and its subsidiaries. Currently serving as HR Manager and Talent & Performance stream lead in an HR System implementation project since May 2018, Satu has been with Metsä Board as HR Manager for headquarters personnel since October 2012. Previous roles include Manager of Performance Management and HR Information, focusing on performance management and HR KPI reporting, respectively. Initial HR experience began at Metsä Board in roles involving payroll administration and HR reporting, with earlier positions at Kuljetuskeskusten liitto ry. and Kela. Satu holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Tampere.
