Tolga Tuzkaya has worked as an Account-Manager at metru I hr video solutions since July 2021. Prior to that, they were a Vertriebsmanager at Zeus Vermittlungsgesellschaft MbH from February 2017 to March 2018. Before that, Tolga worked as a Finanzberater at BHW Postbank-Finanzberatungs-Agentur Bausparkasse from July 2016 to March 2017. From June 2012 to June 2016, they were self-employed and worked as a Friseur.

Tolga Tuzkaya started their education in 2012 at Berufskolleg Perlengraben Köln, where they pursued a degree in Friseur-/Kosmetiksalonmanagement/Manager. Tolga completed this program in 2015. In 2021, Tolga began attending Erich-Gutenberg-Berufskolleg Köln, where they are currently working towards obtaining a Fachoberschulreife+Qualifikation degree in Kaufmann E-Commerce. Tolga is expected to complete this program in 2023.
