Lois Fong-Sakai, P.E. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various sectors, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California since November 2021 and on the Board of Directors for the San Diego County Water Authority since March 2015. Lois holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Jade Coast Software, Inc. and has been a professional photographer at Jade Coast Photography since 2010, specializing in portraits, teams, dance, and events. Additionally, Lois has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in California since October 2007 and previously worked as a Senior Project Manager at AECOM from 1996 to 2003. Lois is a registered Civil Engineer in California and Nevada and holds both a Master of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
