Edythe Richards serves as the Employee Development Manager at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, where responsibilities include leading training and development initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion, improving organizational effectiveness, and managing various leadership programs. Previously, Edythe was the Founder, Executive Coach, and Principal Consultant at A Top Career, providing professional development services to numerous individuals. Past roles include serving as a Career Counselor and Education Program Manager for Arlington County, a Career Counselor and Instructor at Northern Virginia Community College, and an ESL Instructor at Pagoda Institute in Seoul, Korea. Edythe holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Delaware.
