Sandréa Flowers, PMP® and CPRW, is an experienced author and business professional, currently serving as the founder and owner of WordsmithResource LLC and as an author with Release The Ink Publishing since December 2016. Flowers has published five books, including the "Gotta Be a Better Way" series and "Market Your CAREER Like You Mean It." In addition, Flowers has been with MTA NYCT since October 2002, progressing through various roles to become General Manager, overseeing transportation and customer service operations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Monroe College, along with a certificate in Paralegal Studies from Hofstra University.
