Musab Abdelrahman is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in various roles within the engineering and transportation sectors. Currently serving as a Transit Railcar Technology Specialist Intern at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority since March 2024, Musab focuses on writing overhaul procedures to enhance railcar equipment efficiency and reliability. Previously, Musab worked at DAL Food from June 2022 to November 2023 as both a Mechanical Engineer, where significant improvements in production efficiency and product quality were achieved through CAD design, and as a Project Engineer, managing the manufacturing line for new food products. Prior experience includes a teaching assistant position at the University of Khartoum and a mechanical designer role at J&S Contracting for Engineering Works, where CAD drawings and material specifications were developed. Musab holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Khartoum and is furthering education at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
