Debbie Ware has been with Metropolitan Transit Authority since March 2000, currently holding the position of Sr. Manager Benefits and Pension. Debbie is responsible for overseeing employee benefit programs, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Prior to this, Debbie worked at VALIC as a Transaction Specialist. Debbie holds a master's degree in Counseling Psychology from LeTourneau University and a bachelor's degree in Business Management from the same institution. Additionally, Debbie attended the University of Houston from 1973 to 1978.
