Jennifer Kilian possesses extensive experience in academic advising and student support. Currently, Jennifer serves as an Academic Advisor and Retention Specialist at Metropolitan State University of Denver since January 2016. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at Westwood College as an Academic Advisor & Success Coach, as well as ADA Coordinator, focusing on empowering students through individualized action plans. Previous experience includes serving as a First-Year Success Coach at Arizona State University, where Jennifer provided guidance on educational issues and connected students with resources. Earlier roles at Walgreens included Assistant Manager, where Jennifer developed strong customer service skills and trained employees. Jennifer holds a Master of Education in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from St. Cloud State University.
