Carrie Osgood is the Owner and Principal of CLO Communications, established in 2011, providing strategic communication design and consulting services to a diverse clientele, including prominent organizations such as UNFPA, UNICEF, and CBS News. In addition to overseeing a range of projects, Carrie is the Founder and CEO of Data Atlas of the World and has authored and published books since 2022. Academic contributions include lecturing on Data Journalism at the University of Colorado Boulder and teaching Digital Design and Communication Design at the University of Colorado Denver and Metropolitan State University of Denver. Previously, Carrie held various roles at the Associated Press from 2001 to 2012, including Design Director and Journalist, where responsibilities spanned creative direction, team management, and multimedia production. Educational qualifications include an M.S. in Communications Design from Pratt Institute and a B.A. in Theater Arts from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
