Than Thevarajah has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Than started their career as an Intern in the Finance & Accounts Department at Europe Incoming in 2012. Than then worked as a Student Academic Mentor at Kingston University from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee Intern. From 2004 to 2019, they served as a Subpostmaster at Post Office Ltd, where they gained experience in branch management and customer service.

Than's career in the IT field began in 2017 when they joined HM Revenue & Customs as an SAP Test Lead through Capgemini. Than also worked as an SAP Test Analyst at Capgemini, where they supported and implemented digital solutions for a large public sector account. Than continued their IT career at EY in 2021, working as a Manager - SAP Test Manager. Than'sresponsibilities included managing SAP testing projects.

Most recently, Than has been working at the Metropolitan Police since 2021. Than started as an Interfaces Test Manager (Client through EY), where they managed multiple interfaces to support a digital transformation project. Than is currently serving as the Data Extraction Lead, utilizing their expertise in data extraction.

Throughout their career, Than has demonstrated leadership skills, project management abilities, and a focus on delivering high-quality results. Than has also shown adaptability and the ability to work in complex and multi-supplier environments.

Than Thevarajah completed a Bachelor of Arts with Honours degree in Accounting and Finance from Kingston University from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued A Level (Level 3) studies in Economics at Chichester College from 2010 to 2011, and Accounting, Business Studies, and Information Technology at HSDC Havant & South Downs from 2008 to 2010. They also obtained various certifications, including ACT200 - Agile Project Delivery and ACT100 - SAP Activate Methodology from SAP in 2023 and 2022 respectively, the 2020 Digital Mindset from CIMA in 2021, and the Professional Scrum Masterā„¢ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in 2020, among others. Additionally, they obtained the CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting (CIMA Cert BA) from CIMA in 2014.
