Raymond Keating has extensive experience in law enforcement and public communications, currently serving as the Head of Met Intelligence HQ at the Metropolitan Police since June 1996. Previous roles include Head of Crime Investigations and Operations for NW London and a position in Media and Communications. Prior to joining the Metropolitan Police, Raymond worked at the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food from April 1993 to June 1996 in Publicity and Communications. Raymond holds a Master of Studies in Applied Criminology & Police Management from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Social Sciences from Queen's University Belfast.
