Nick McFadden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public policy and education. Currently serving as a Senior Performance Analyst at the City of Chicago Office of Inspector General since July 2019, Nick previously held the position of Performance Analyst. Concurrently, Nick is a Research Assistant at the Metropolitan Planning Council, contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing government efficiency and accountability in the Chicago region. Earlier roles include Research Intern at the Cook County Clerk, where Nick researched best practices in service delivery and monitored voter suppression. Additionally, Nick has experience as a Development Manager at the Academy for Urban School Leadership, focusing on grant applications and educational equity, and served as the Director of Development, Marketing, and Admissions at Saint Ann School, overseeing significant fundraising efforts.
