Tiesha Watson is an experienced professional currently serving as the Metro CareCorps Program Manager at Metropolitan Ministries since March 2024, where responsibilities include facilitating an eight-week training course for aspiring Early Learning Childcare workers and Registered Behavior Technicians. As the Owner and Creative Director of The Hostess Table since January 2018, Tiesha combines creativity with entrepreneurial leadership. Previous roles include Science Teacher at Cambridge Christian School from August 2016 to June 2023, where Tiesha co-educated the Lemelson-MIT InvenTeam, guiding students in the development of an autonomous marine vessel. Additional experience includes caregiving, tutoring, and positions in sales and customer service at companies such as Elavon, Inc., Banana Republic, and Pottery Barn. Tiesha holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. Petersburg College and has completed education at Morgan State University and Hiram Johnson High School West Campus.
