Pedro Suriel currently serves on the Board of Directors for Metropolitan Ministries and Advocates of Love, where efforts focus on enhancing support for vulnerable communities. As Senior Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Raymond James since 2019, Suriel leads the execution of D&I strategies, collaborating with various financial advisor networks. Previous experience includes managing client services at Cook Ross, where growth in the D&I consulting practice was realized, and significant contributions at Accenture, including the role of North America D&I Managing Director. Suriel holds a BS in Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology and completed additional education at Newfield Network.
