Daryl Belluccia, SHRM-CP, CDR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Metropolitan Ministries, a position held since June 2019, and has also held various roles within the organization including Associate Director of Talent Management, Senior Recruiting Manager, and Recruiting Manager. Prior experience includes serving as National Recruitment Manager at Maxim Healthcare Services and Career Services Advisor at Ultimate Medical Academy, as well as working as a Youth Substance Abuse Counselor at DACCO Behavioral Health. Daryl Belluccia holds a Nonprofit Management Certificate from the University of Tampa and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Florida State University. Education also includes graduation from Jesuit High School of Tampa, FL.
