Jeff Cover, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience as a Human Resources Manager. Jeff started their career at Gladwin Paint Company in 1999 and held this position until 2006. In 2006, they joined Duit Construction Company as a Human Resources Manager and worked there until 2019. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Manager at Metropolitan Library System of Oklahoma County.

Jeff Cover, PHR, SHRM-CP, has an extensive education history in the field of Human Resources. Jeff earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business between 1991 and 1994. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Del Mar College between 1989 and 1991.

In addition to their formal education, Jeff Cover has also obtained two additional certifications. In 2004, they became a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by completing the certification program offered by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). In 2015, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
