Nadine Ferguson is a highly experienced human resources executive currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at MJHS since January 2022. In addition, Ferguson has been a member of Chief since July 2021. Previously, Ferguson held several key positions at Elderplan Inc from April 2013 to January 2022, including Vice President of Service and Operational Excellence, Assistant Vice President of Service Operations & Learning, Director of Learning and Development, and Director of Medicare Advantage Product. Earlier in the career, Ferguson worked at VNS Health from July 2006 to April 2013, where roles included Project Manager/Manager of Clinical Operations Support, Project Manager for Program Planning & Development, and Senior Planning Analyst. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Health Services Policy and Management from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The City College of New York.
