Grant's earlier career includes positions at RBC Wealth Management and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, showcasing strong capabilities in client service and project management. Additionally, educational roles have been fulfilled, including teaching English and managing intramural programs at The University of Texas at Austin. Grant holds a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from The University of Texas Permian Basin and dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
