Annika Pangan MSW, CDVP is an experienced professional in social work and housing advocacy, currently serving as Program Manager and Rapid Re-housing Program Supervisor at Metropolitan Family Services since December 2021. With a background in various roles such as Safe Community Advocate/Hotline Advocate at Family Shelter Service of Metropolitan Family Services DuPage and Director of Supportive Housing at DuPage Pads, Annika has developed extensive expertise in supportive housing initiatives. Participation in the Ladder to Leadership program through the Center for Creative Leadership has further enriched Annika's leadership capabilities. Annika holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Aurora University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northern Illinois University.
