Matthew Mcharness is the IT Manager at METROPOLITAN FAMILY SERVICE. Matthew has over 20 years of experience in the IT field. Matthew started their career as a Field Engineer at Hewlett-Packard in 2005 and worked there for three years. Matthew then transitioned to the United States Postal Service where they worked as a Delivery Unit IT Coordinator for eight years. In their current role, they are responsible for managing the IT infrastructure and budget for METROPOLITAN FAMILY SERVICE.

Matthew Mcharness has a BS-IT in Network Design & Management from Western Governors University and an AAS Electronic Engineering Technology in Electronic Engineering from Mt. Hood Community College.

Matthew Mcharness reports to Judy Strand, CEO. They are on a team with Sue Cronkrite - Executive Assistant, Megan Zook - Director, Community Schools, and Geoff Brusca - Director, Data Governance & Impact.
