Michelle Murray currently serves as the Sr Manager of Benefits at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle gained extensive experience as Benefits Manager at Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. from June 2019 to September 2023, and held various managerial positions related to benefits at Tennant Company, Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc., and Carlson. Michelle's educational background includes a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Math from St. Olaf College.
