Doug Callender currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Metromont since February 2023. Prior to this role, Doug held various positions at Milliken Chemical from July 2015 to February 2023, including VP of Integration for Encapsys, CFO of the Chemical Division, and Director of Finance and Strategy. Doug's experience also includes a decade at Arizona Chemical, where positions ranged from Business Unit Finance Manager for Adhesives to Senior Analyst in Tax and Treasury. Doug's educational background consists of a Master of Professional Accountancy and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Mississippi State University.
