Gautam Phadke, MB, MD, FACP, FASN, is a hypertension specialist and nephrologist with extensive experience in kidney transplant and consultative nephrology. Currently serving at Metrolina Nephrology Associates, PA since November 2019, Gautam Phadke previously worked as a nephrologist at SANFORD MEDICAL CENTER FARGO from July 2018 to November 2019 and as a consultant nephrologist at Sanford Health from July 2011 to November 2019. Academic qualifications include a fellowship in nephrology from the University of Missouri-Columbia (2009-2011), a Doctor of Medicine from the UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences (2006-2009), and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Mahatma Gandhi Missions' Medical College (1995-2001) after initial medical training at King Edward Memorial Hospital, Pune, India (2003-2006).
