Aakash Sharma has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Aakash started their career as a System Analyst at ARCHIES LIMITED in 2002 and worked there until 2005. Aakash then joined Telserra India Pvt. Ltd. as a Project Manager from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, they joined In4velocity Systems as an Implementation Manager for a year. Aakash then held multiple roles at In4velocity Systems, serving as a GM from 2010 to 2014, Vice President from 2014 to 2016, and Vice President of International Operations from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they became the Director of Sales at MetroGuild, Inc., which was recognized as the Startup of the Year.

Aakash Sharma's education history includes a variety of degrees and certifications. Aakash obtained an MBA in IT from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Aakash also completed a program in Database Administration, earning a degree in Oracle DBA from SQL STAR INTERNATIONAL in 2000. In addition, they obtained an Advance Diploma in Computer Application Development from India Education Center between 1992 and 1995. Aakash holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Commerce from Indian Jobs and Careers, which they completed in the same time period as their diploma. Prior to their tertiary education, they attended Miss Hills H.S. School from 1980 to 1992, where they completed their High School education. Furthermore, Aakash received the certification of AGILE SCRUM MASTER from EXIM in December 2016.
