Hardev Nandepu has worked at Metrochem API Pvt Ltd on two separate occasions. From 2014 to 2017, they held multiple roles including Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist, Marketing Research, and Sales and Marketing Representative. In 2018, they worked as an MBA Summer Intern at Omic. In 2019, they joined Metrochem API Pvt Ltd as the Chief Strategy Officer.

Hardev Nandepu completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, from 2009 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Chemical Engineering, also from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, from 2013 to 2014.

Subsequently, Hardev Nandepu decided to further their education and acquired a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, between the years 2017 and 2019. The specific field of study for their MBA is not provided.
