Laura Whitton is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in reward management and compensation strategies. Currently serving as Senior Reward Manager at Metro Bank since November 2023, Laura previously held the position of Reward Lead, Benefits & Recognition at Nationwide Building Society from 2020 to 2023, where responsibilities included enhancing employee recognition and benefits in alignment with organizational objectives. From 2008 to 2020, Laura worked at Virgin Media, advancing through various roles including Head of Compensation, where oversight of compensation design and delivery was critical, as well as Reward Manager (Compensation) and Reward Benefits Business Partner.
