Douglas Kupferman is an experienced professional in the field of behavior analysis, currently serving as the Administrator of Autism and Behavioral Services at Metro Therapy, Inc. since August 2021 and as a Behavior Analyst at Proud Moments since January 2020. As a Doctoral Candidate and Doctoral Fellow at Caldwell University since 2016, Douglas is advancing knowledge in Applied Behavior Analysis. Previous roles include Behavior Analyst at Positive Behavior Supports Corp., Behavior Specialist at Eden II Programs, and Instructor at The Elija School. Douglas holds a Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis from LIU Post and a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre and Psychology from Muhlenberg College. Additionally, early career experience includes roles in graphic design and preschool evaluations coordination.
