Sarah Strugnell is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Metro Tasmania Pty Ltd since September 2024, Sarah previously held the position of Head of People Experience at TasNetworks, a state-owned electricity transmission and distribution company, from March 2022 to September 2024. With a decade of experience at CatholicCare Tasmania, Sarah worked as the Leader of People Partnering, Senior People & Culture Specialist, and General Manager of People and Culture, contributing to a community service organization with over 450 employees. Additional experience includes roles at Symbion Pty Ltd, Houstons Farm, The Fair Work Ombudsman, Searson Buck, and Commonwealth Bank, showcasing a well-rounded expertise in human resources, compliance, and customer service. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management from the University of Tasmania.
