Jovan Stupar has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as an HR Business Partner for the Head Office at Metro Srbija since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as an HR Business Partner for the Sales Force at the same company from October 2021 to October 2022. Jovan also worked as an METRO Potentials International Management Trainee from September 2019 to October 2021, and as an HR Specialist from April 2020 to March 2021.

Before joining Metro Srbija, Jovan gained experience at AIESEC Serbia, where they held several positions. Jovan worked as the Vice President for Customer Experience For Youth from February 2018 to January 2019, and as a Team Leader for Outgoing Global Volunteer& Outgoing Global Entrepreneur from September 2017 to January 2018. Jovan also served as a Business Development Manager from May 2017 to August 2017, and as a Sales Team Member from October 2016 to May 2017.

Jovan's work experience also includes an internship as an Assistant to CEO at Sandler Training from March 2018 to May 2018, as well as an internship at Chisel Creative Network from June 2017 to August 2017.

Jovan Stupar completed their education in a chronological order. Jovan started by obtaining a high school degree in Economics from First Economic School, which they attended from 2011 to 2015. Following that, from 2015 to 2018, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management at Belgrade Business School. After completing their Bachelor's degree, they enrolled in the Belgrade Business Academy from 2018 to 2020 and obtained a Master's degree in Business Economics.

In addition to their formal education, Jovan Stupar also obtained several certifications. Jovan obtained an English Certificate C1 from GORSON centar stranih jezika in December 2016. Jovan then went on to acquire certifications such as Coaching for Leadership from Marshall Goldsmith in May 2017, Maximum Achievement 2.0 from Brian Tracy International in May 2017, Coaching as a Manager from Coursera in August 2018, Inspiring and Motivating Individuals from Coursera in July 2018, Excel Skills for Business: Essential from Coursera in September 2018, and Preparing to Manage Human Resources from Coursera in June 2019. Furthermore, they became an NLP Practitioner and NLP Master from Dušan Srdić in September 2019 and June 2020, respectively. Jovan obtained the title of Big Five Master Practitioner from HUCAMA Group in July 2022 and completed Sales Coaching from CapKelenn Sales Coaching in February 2023. Lastly, they attended the Future is Now conference in December 2018.
