Paul Powell is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in facilities management and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Regional Engineering Manager at Metro Services Group since September 2022, Paul previously held multiple roles at CBRE, including Director of Engineering and Chief Engineer. Notably, Paul was involved with the Pasadena Towers, a significant 500,000 SQFT office complex. Prior positions include Chief Engineer at both Jones Lang LaSalle and Able Engineering, overseeing large-scale projects such as California Plaza and managing teams of engineers. Early career experience includes Chief Engineer roles at Wells Fargo Data Center and other commercial high-rise facilities.
