Josh Loughlin is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and quality assurance. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Metro Rod since November 2017, Loughlin previously held the role of Quality Assurance Analyst in Local Government from August 2014 to November 2017, focusing on ensuring accurate information processing for IT systems.
