Michelle Wheeler Culmore currently serves as the CSP Program Manager for the Maryland Momentum Project Charter School Program, providing technical assistance and subgrants for charter school initiatives in Maryland. Previously, Michelle held the role of Associate Broker at Metro Referral Associates, Inc., and worked as a Staff Specialist II at the Maryland State Department of Education, managing subgrants for charter school programs. Prior experience includes positions as Associate Broker at Long & Foster Real Estate, pro bono Webmaster for JoeWheelerBooks.com, Program Officer and Media Specialist at Nature Sacred, and Executive Secretary at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Technology in Apparel & Graphic Design from Andrews University.
