Ken Hadfield has extensive work experience in the public adjusting industry. Ken started working for Metro Public Adjustment in 2001 as a Senior Claims Representative and later moved on to become a Regional Manager, where they recruited and trained independent contractors. In 2006, they were promoted to the position of Regional Vice President and continued their responsibilities of recruiting and training others. In 2010, they joined Metro Public Adjustment, Inc. as an Executive Vice President and Recruiter, focusing on recruiting and training new independent contractors.

Ken Hadfield attended Public Adjuster Training from 2001 to 2011. During their time there, they studied Insurance Policies. No degree was mentioned.
