Sutharshan Raveendranathan is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for Energy Controlling at METRO PROPERTIES since September 2011. Responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies for sustainable energy projects, analyzing and reporting on CO2 emissions, and managing energy performance metrics. Previous roles at METRO PROPERTIES include positions as Real Estate Controller, Investment Manager, and Junior Project Manager, where tasks ranged from financial analysis and budget creation to coordination of investment decision processes.
