Dariusz Kunik MRICS has extensive experience in real estate transactions and investment, currently serving as the Head of Transactions / International Divestments at METRO PROPERTIES since March 2013, where previous positions included Senior Project Manager and Project Manager for International Transactions. Prior to this role, Dariusz worked at Aengevelt Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG from September 2007 to March 2013, holding titles such as Senior Consultant and Consultant in Investment & Development for Germany and Central and Eastern Europe. Dariusz Kunik has a strong academic background, having obtained a Master of Business Administration from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, an MA in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from the University of Münster, a certification in Mergers & Acquisitions from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, and a Real Estate Appraiser qualification from EIPOS/Technische Universität Dresden.
