Kelly Brown is an experienced Operations Manager at Metro Ports since July 2021, with prior experience as a Vessel Superintendent at Ceres Gulf Inc. from September 2013 to March 2021 and as Assistant Manager of Vessel Planning at Hyundai Merchant Marine from August 2005 to September 2013. Kelly also held the position of Assistant Manager at BalTerm in 1993-1994. Educational qualifications include a degree in Maritime Administration (MARA) in Transportation from Texas A&M University Galveston Campus, completed between 1986 and 1989.
